How do I actually book?

Do I need to create an account?
No login, no password. Vagaro (the booking system) just needs your name, phone number, and the appointment details.
What happens right after I book?
An automated confirmation, plus a reminder as the appointment gets closer — Vagaro sends both without Melissa having to do it manually. If anything about your address or timing needs clarifying, that's usually the point she'll reach out directly.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit to reserve a slot online. Payment happens at the appointment.

Do I need to be home the whole time?
Just for the appointment itself — about 8 minutes of spraying, plus a few minutes to set up and pack up. You don't need to clear your schedule around it beyond that window.
What address details do you need?
A real address Melissa can park near and get her equipment into — home, hotel room, or event venue. Apartment or hotel bookings work fine; just note the unit number or room number when you book so she isn't guessing in a parking lot.
What if I'm not sure of the exact time yet?
Text instead of booking online. It's easier to lock in a rough window and firm it up later than to rebook multiple times.
Do you travel to hotels for out-of-town guests or wedding parties?
Yes — hotel rooms and event venues are booked the same way as a home address, no different process.

Group & Bridal Bookings
How is booking a group different?
Same booking channels — online, text, or call — but mention the headcount up front. The Posse Package (bridal and group bookings, $70 per person, minimum 3) needs everyone's timing coordinated in one visit, which is easier to set up over text or a call than the general online widget.
Do all 5+ people need to book separately for the host-tans-free deal?
No — book it as one group appointment and mention the headcount. Five or more books the host's tan free as part of the same Posse Package booking.
How does Bride & Glow booking work?
Bride & Glow is two appointments booked together: a trial tan roughly 30 days before the wedding, then the final bridal tan 2 days out. Book both at once by text or call so the timing actually lines up with the wedding date, rather than booking the trial alone and forgetting the second half.

How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours — 48 is better if the color really needs to be right for a specific moment. The tan itself takes hours to fully develop after application, so that buffer has to exist somewhere in your schedule regardless of when you book.
Can I get same-day availability?
Sometimes, depending on the schedule that day — but it's not something to plan around if timing is non-negotiable. Text first to check rather than assuming.
Can I reschedule after booking?
